I want you to be happy with any purchase! If upon receipt of my art and there are any issues, simply call or email my studio to arrange for an exchange or return. You may return for a full refund (shipping not included) or exchange my glass purchased from www.bridglandstudios.com within 30 days of purchase. If the return request is a result of our error, we will also pay the return shipping cost. Simply call our office at 510 985 1019 or email us to arrange. Ship your package insured, and traceable mail using UPS, USPS, or other carriers. The return must be in its original condition.  Please ship to the following address:
